Services
Lip treatments
Six services with one shared method: read the lip, answer its bias, then build colour in light passes across planned sessions.
01 / Treatment
Lip Tattoo
Definition through the border with colour carried into the lip body. Suited to lips that read pale without makeup, borders that have softened with age, and asymmetry that lipstick has been correcting for years.
- Two to three hours for a first session, breaks included
- Colour built in light passes, not one heavy saturation
- Border approved by you in a mirror before pigment
- Touch up reviewed at six to eight weeks
Not suitable if
There is an active cold sore, filler placed within four weeks, isotretinoin use within twelve months, pregnancy or breastfeeding, or an unmanaged skin condition on the lip. Each of these moves the date, not the plan.
02 / Treatment
Lip Neutralisation
A corrective layer placed before colour. Warm pigment cancels a cool, grey or purple bias so that the shade chosen afterwards heals as the shade you agreed on rather than sliding blue.
- Almost always a staged treatment, never one visit
- Healed result reviewed in daylight before the next stage
- Shade formula recorded so sessions stay consistent
Colour options
Neutralising tones run from soft peach through terracotta and brick. The one selected depends on how much cool bias the lip carries, and it is tested on your skin before the appointment is confirmed.
03 / Treatment
Dark Lip Neutralisation
For melanin rich lips where hyperpigmentation sits deep and unevenly. The aim is an even, warmer base that reads natural, not a lightened lip. Expect two to three sessions with six to eight weeks between them.
- Estimated session count given at assessment, in writing
- Each stage healed and reviewed before the next is booked
- Result is evenness and warmth, never a shade lighter than your skin supports
Honest expectation
Deeply pigmented lips rarely reach a soft pink, and any studio promising that in one visit is describing a photograph rather than healed skin. What is achievable for your lip is shown to you in person.
04 / Treatment
Lip Colour Correction
Work from another studio that healed orange, mauve, patchy or heavier than intended. Correction is planned around what is already in the skin, so the assessment has to happen in person and in daylight.
- Bring unedited daylight photographs of the original work
- Some cases need lightening first, by referral
- Plan, session count and quote provided before a deposit
Related
Correction and neutralisation are often booked together. If the existing pigment is cool, neutralisation comes first and correction follows once healed.

Lip Tattoo Touch Up
The second pass that completes a first appointment. Saturation is topped, any spot the skin did not hold is closed, and the border is refined now that the healed shape is visible.
- Booked six to eight weeks after the first session
- Shorter appointment, usually ninety minutes
- Same aftercare as the first session
Refresh, later
A refresh is different from a touch up. It is booked once colour has softened over a year or more, and it rebuilds tone from the file rather than starting again.
06 / Referral
Removal or correction
Laser and saline removal are not performed in this studio. Where removal is the correct first step, you are referred to a practitioner who performs it, and the studio resumes the plan once the tissue has settled and healed.

Every quote on this page is finalised in person, because the same request needs a different plan on two different lips.
