A lip tattoo consultation is personal, and so is the information you share with us to get there. This policy explains what we collect when you enquire or book, why we need it, how we store it, and how you can contact us about it.

When you send an enquiry through our consultation form, we receive the details you enter: your Name, Email and Message, which are required, and your Phone, Location, Subject, Budget and Timeframe if you choose to add them. We use these details to reply to you, discuss your treatment options and arrange a consultation if you would like one.

Some clients share photos of their lips or of a previous lip tattoo, for example when asking about correction or dark lip neutralisation. Photos are shared only if you choose to email them to [email protected]; the website form does not accept uploads. We use these photos only to understand your concern and prepare for your consultation. We don’t publish them.

Cosmetic lip tattooing is a skin-penetration procedure. Before treatment, we provide the health and safety information you need and keep client records in line with Victorian public health requirements. These records help us assess suitability and support infection control.
USE — HOW WE HANDLE IT
We use your personal information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a free quote, plan a personalised treatment, provide aftercare guidance and meet our record-keeping obligations. We only ask for what we need for those purposes.
Enquiries sent through this website are stored privately within the website itself. They are not automatically passed to external marketing lists or payment services, and we don’t sell or trade your personal information.
STORAGE — KEPT PRIVATE
Website enquiries are held in the private administration area of this website, with access limited to the people who look after your booking. Client health records connected with treatment are kept securely and retained in line with Victorian public health requirements, which may mean we need to keep some records even after your treatment is complete.
SHARING — ONLY WHEN REQUIRED
We don’t share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing. We will only disclose it where the law requires us to, or where you have asked us to. If you are referred to a qualified healthcare professional for a medical concern, we will talk this through with you first.
YOUR CHOICES — ACCESS & CORRECTION
ACCESS — Ask to see the personal information we hold about you.
CORRECTION — Let us know if any of your details are out of date or incorrect.
DELETION — Ask us to remove an enquiry you no longer want us to keep. Treatment health records may need to be retained to meet our obligations.
