Lip blush, fitted to you.

Lip blush is personalised cosmetic lip pigmentation that enhances your natural lip colour and definition, for a soft, balanced appearance. We don’t draw a new mouth. We work with the colour and border you already have.

Suits — Pale or uneven natural colour

Who lip blush tends to suit

Clients often come to us with lips that look pale, colour that’s uneven from one side to the other, or a border that fades into the skin. Some simply want to rely less on daily lipstick. Lip blush adds a soft wash of colour and gentle definition, so your lips look like yours, only more balanced.

Suitability is personal and is confirmed at consultation, after we’ve talked through your health information and skin. You can read more on our Safety, Suitability & Risks page. Lip blush adds colour, not volume. We don’t offer fillers or injectable treatments. If you’re looking for those, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional.

How your pigment is chosen

Tone — Your skin

Your skin’s undertone shapes how a pigment reads once it settles, so we choose a shade for you, not from a fixed chart.

Colour — Your lips

We look at your natural lip colour and any darker or uneven areas. If darker pigmentation is the main concern, we may talk with you about Dark Lip Neutralisation first.

Preference — Your look

Some clients want a barely-there flush, others a little more presence. For a softer wash or a fuller finish, see Aquarelle Lips or Lipstick Effect Tattoo.

The Fitting — Five steps

From consultation to review

See the full consultation process.

01

Observe

We look at your natural colour, border and symmetry, and note any previous lip tattoo.

02

Discuss

We go through suitability, possible risks and the health and safety information required before treatment under Victorian regulations.

03

Decide

Together we agree on the shape and pigment. We’ll talk through what’s realistic for your lips, but we won’t promise an exact result.

04

Treat

Lip blush is a skin-penetration procedure, so we carry it out with careful infection-control practices at our Melbourne studio.

05

Heal and review

Your colour settles gradually as you heal. Once it has, we review it with you, and a touch-up may be needed.

Colour — Fresh is not final

The colour you see today isn't the one you'll keep

Straight after treatment, fresh pigment often looks brighter or darker than the final result. The healed colour comes through gradually, and it differs from person to person. Knowing this beforehand helps you look after your lips patiently while they heal.

Before you book

Cosmetic lip tattooing is a skin-penetration procedure. Results vary between individuals, healing and pigment retention can’t be guaranteed, and some clients need a touch-up or more than one session.

Treatments are led by Olha Po, Founder & Certified Cosmetic Tattoo Artist, who has worked in cosmetic tattooing since 2016. The consultation and quote are free, so you can ask questions before deciding.
